Harassment Outside the Office
In today’s business world, a lot of business is conducted outside the office. Many business meetings with clients and potential clients take place over dinner and drinks. In addition to business being conducted outside the office, employees tend to spend a lot of time socializing outside of the office. Happy hours where employees get together after work for drinks are becoming more and more common. Some of these meetings and events may or may not be sanctioned by employers.
